A little disappointed

I am a huge fan of the Alixx candles. I have purchased 2 Ciel de Lin candles - it is a lovely fragrance and when you light the candle the scent subtlety fills the room (in the best way). I had high hopes for the diffuser - this is the first time I bought it. Unfortunately - you can not smell anything unless you are 6 inches away. First I had it in the bedroom, then I thought maybe that space was too big. Even in the bathroom - I just can not smell anything unless I get very close. I think I will stick to the candles.
