Shipping & Returns
R E G U L A R S H I P M E N T S
We offer UPS Ground domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaï. The UPS Ground shipping costs are calculated on your net order, after any discount code or gift card applied, and before sales tax. The sales tax in Florida is 6%. It is applied on the net value of every order shipped to a Florida address. In some counties, a sales surtax is imposed (county tax). The sales tax is not applied if the order is shipped to other US states.
We process and ship only authorized purchases, and we reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible information. But don't worry, we'll contact you first to get the right information and make sure you receive your amazing order.
Each order is processed within one (1) to three (3) business days and is shipped from our atelier in Miami, Florida from Monday to Friday, except holidays and very hot Summer days in Florida.
Each customer who provides a correct e-mail address receives the UPS tracking number by e-mail to track the order. If not, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship to any residential and business addresses, but as per UPS policies, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Please note one order means one destination address at a time.

We can also offer express shipment, please contact Alixx with your order summary at firstname.lastname@example.org to know the rates. Remember that the costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.

R E T U R N S & E X C H A N G E S
Upon receipt of your order, please check carefully your shipping box. We always make sure our products are properly packed so that you receive them in the best condition. If a package is damaged, please check the product(s) inside and contact Alixx email@example.com if there is any issue within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Don't forget to send us picture(s) of any damaged product(s).
We replace damaged items or offer a refund.
We always hope that you will love your Alixx product! But, if by any chance, you decide this wasn't a good idea and wish to return your purchase, we do accept returns. However, you are also responsible for the shipping charges to Alixx located in Miami, FL 33126 - and we do not offer refunds on shipping charges.
Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase, and don't forget to provide us a copy of your original receipt and the product(s) you want to exchange. Please please please, pack your order carefully in its original shipping box if possible, our products are fragile and we won't issue a refund on a broken glass or ceramic.
We don't accept returns of used and opened products.
Once we receive your return, we will check the conditions of the product(s) and the packaging, and we will determine if they are in resalable condition. Then, we will proceed to the refund within one (1) to three (3) days after receiving the returned product(s).
