Shipping & Returns
We offer UPS Ground domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous U.S. states, excluding Alaska and Hawaï. The UPS Ground shipping costs are calculated on your net order, after any discount code or gift card applied, and before sales tax. In some counties, a sales surtax is imposed (county tax).
We process and ship only authorized purchases, and we reserve the right to change or cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered or ineligible information. We will contact you first before doing so.
Each order is processed within one (1) to three (3) business days and ships from the Alixx workshop Monday through Friday - except holidays.
After placing the order, all customers will receive a UPS notification with a tracking number and delivery estimate by email. If you did not receive any, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We ship to any residential and business addresses, but - as per UPS policies - we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes.
Are you in a rush? We can offer express shipment via UPS. Please contact us at email@example.com with your order summary to know the rates. Remember that the costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order.
We can also ship to Alaska, Hawaï and international addresses. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a shipping quote.
Made a mistake? No problem. If you wish to edit your order or shipping information, please contact us immediately after placing your order - email email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request!
Returns & Exchanges
Upon receipt of your order, please check carefully your shipping box. We always make sure that our products are properly packed so that you receive them in the best condition possible. If a package is damaged, please check the product(s) inside and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If there is any issue within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Don't forget to send us photo(s) of any damaged product(s).
We replace damaged items or offer a refund.
We always hope that our customers enjoy their Alixx products! But, if for some reason you wish to return your purchase, we do accept returns. However, you are also responsible for the shipping charges back to the Alixx workshop - and we do not offer refunds on shipping charges.
Returns are accepted within seven (7) days of reception of the order. And don't forget to provide us a copy of your original receipt and the product(s) you want to return or exchange. Please please please, pack your order very carefully in its original shipping box if possible. Our products are fragile and we won't issue a refund on a broken item.
We don't accept returns of used and opened products.
Once we receive your return, we will check the condition of the product(s), the packaging(s), and we will determine if they are in resalable condition. Then, we will proceed to refund within one (1) to three (3) business days after receiving the returned product(s).
